Telltale (“we”, “us”), operator of this store, collects the information you provide when browsing, purchasing, or signing up — including your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and order history. We use it to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and (with your consent) send marketing communications.

How we collect your number and your consent
We collect a mobile number only when you give it to us directly: by checking the SMS marketing opt-in box at checkout or in an on-site sign-up form, by entering your number on a page that displays the program terms, or by texting one of our published keywords. The opt-in box is never pre-checked, and consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
What we send and how often
If you opt in to SMS marketing, you will receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Telltale — for example promotions and offers, replenishment reminders when you are likely to be running low on something you bought before, product recommendations based on your order history, shopping cart reminders, and order-related follow-ups. Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and get help by replying HELP.

Cart reminder text messages
Our website uses cookies and a first-party tracking script — installed as a plugin on our store platform by our marketing provider — to keep track of the items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have left the store without completing checkout. That information (the products in your cart, their value, and when you last interacted with the cart) is what we use to determine that a cart has been abandoned and, if you have opted in to SMS marketing, to send you a cart reminder text message about the items you left behind. We use the same signal to stop sending reminders once you complete the purchase. This cart information is not used for any other purpose and is not sold. You can disable these cookies in your browser, and you can stop the reminder messages at any time by replying STOP.
How we use your number
Your phone number and SMS consent are used solely to send you the messages you signed up for, to honor your opt-out and help requests, and to keep the records we are required to keep in order to evidence your consent.
Who we share it with
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, including affiliates, for any purpose.
We use messaging and marketing providers only to transmit those messages on our behalf. A provider acts solely on our instructions as a service provider, may not use your information for its own purposes, and receives no text messaging opt-in data or consent for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested.
Cookies, Tracking & Analytics
We use cookies and similar first-party technologies for cart functionality, to remember your session, and — where you have consented — for analytics that help us understand how visitors use our store. This includes recording which products you view and what you add to or leave in your cart, which is what makes the cart reminders and product recommendations described above possible. We do not use third-party advertising cookies to build cross-site profiles of you, and we do not sell the information these cookies collect.
Location
We do not collect GPS or precise device location, and we do not operate location tracking or location-based services of any kind. The only location information we hold is the shipping and billing address you enter yourself at checkout, together with the general region (such as state or postal code) derived from that address. We use it to ship your order, calculate tax and shipping, and understand at a regional level where our customers are. It is never used to track your movements and is never used to target text messages based on your real-time location.
Your Data
We retain order and contact information as needed to operate the store and meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the store’s contact form. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, and we do not sell your personal data.
